Orders typically ship within two business days, often within one business day. Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unworn, non-final sale, with all original tags attached) within 45 days of purchase. Shoes, undergarments, and accessories must be in their original unopened packaging. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS : Please be aware that we cannot process exchanges for international orders. If you need a different item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.

Final Sale:
Items marked as final sale and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items have final sale messaging displayed on the product page, at checkout, order confirmation emails, and order packing slip.
Holiday Return Policy:
We’re extending our return policy so that the holiday gifts you purchase from November 1 through December 24 can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Our standard 45-day return policy will apply for all other purchases made outside of this timeframe.
Return Processing:
After your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it can take up to 3-5 business days for our team to process it. Once complete, you'll receive an email notification of the refund or store credit or shipping confirmation of exchange. Please note: We aim to meet these processing times but during busy periods (including sales) it may take a little longer.Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to a billing cycle to appear on the statement. We cannot refund your order to a different card.
Third Party Purchases:
We are unable to accept returns on purchases made from third party retailers (Nordstrom, Dillard's, etc.). For returns and order issues, please contact the retailer’s customer service where you made your purchase.
Mistaken or Lost Returns:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. As the package remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Bamtech is not responsible for returns that are missing, damaged, or lost in transit.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you accidentally sent the wrong item(s), please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to ship the item(s) back to you. We can’t guarantee your item(s) will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to us. If we're able to locate the item(s) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost. Additionally, Bamtech does not store items mistakenly sent to us and reserves the right to discard them without notification.
We're very sorry, but we're unable to offer returns or exchanges of Final Sale items.
All Final Sale items have Final Sale messaging displayed on the product page, at checkout, your order confirmation emails, and order packing slip. To make a return, click here.
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 3-5 business days from the date received to be processed. Please note that returns may take up to 7-14 business days from the date received to be processed during peak holiday and shopping periods.
We'll send you an email once your refund has been fully processed. Refunds may take up to a billing cycle to appear on the statement from your original form of payment. If you've waited more than two weeks with no email from us and your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.
Charge Reversals:
Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is removed from your bank statement, and a separate credit is not issued.
